A government department, instrumentality, local government, trustee company, insurance company, financial institution, finance company or firm with a department or section involved in property can apply for this category.
A person who is practising, is employed as a sales person or a property manager and has a South Australian qualification in Real Estate (Certificate in Property Management, RSR or RLA) can apply for this category.
A person who working in industry but does not have qualification (eg receptionist) or a person who has a qualification but does not practise can apply for this category.
A person who is enrolled in a full time or part time real estate course for longer than six months or studying a real estate related course for longer than six months can apply for this category.
