A government department, instrumentality, local government, trustee company, insurance company, financial institution, finance company or firm with a department or section involved in property can apply for this category.

A person who is practising, is employed as a sales person or a property manager and has a South Australian qualification in Real Estate (Certificate in Property Management, RSR or RLA) can apply for this category.

Anyone working within the real estate industry not in sales

This includes Property Managers, Corporate Support staff, BDM's and Office Managers.
