Company Membership


The business must apply as either a sole trader or a corporation/partnership, for Conveyancer membership. The nominated licensed manager (must be the same nominated manager that appears on the Consumer and Business Affairs record) will receive complimentary membership and will act as a contact person for the business.

PLEASE NOTE
From 1 December 2016 all applications will result in a 6 or 12 month membership with the expiry date based on the approval date of membership. No further pro rata fees will be applied


If applying as a sole trader, you must provide the following documentation:

  • Conveyancer Registration with CBA (personal) - RCO
  • Certificate of Registration of Business name
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy *

If applying as a corporation/partnership, you must provide the following documentation:

  • Conveyancer Registration with CBA (personal) - RCO
  • Conveyancer Registration with CBA (Company) - RCO
  • Certificate of Registration of Company
  • Certificate of Registration of Business name (if applicable)
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy *
